A Joyous Season of Sharing with the Needy!!

KYCO-CSP wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to all kind donors who continue to give by sharing your joy and caring love of this Festive Chinese New Year with the many struggling families facing poverty, loss of jobs, & coming from homes with single parents, young school going children, aged and infirm members.

Special thanks too to the faithful donors who continue to give generously, including Simoh (who contributed CNY cookies and profits from CNY Cookies Sales Project), Friends of CSP, KYCO Light and Love Group, as well as Members of KYCO-CSP.

A total of 48 Needy Families in KL have benefitted, many are families under the Regular KYCO-CSP Food and Welfare Aid Program.

Because of your generous angpows, essential food and cookies, families and children could taste the warmth of family reunion meals and  comfort of knowing they are not forgotten.

As per previous years, the Festive Food Distribution Event was held in Tadika Wawasan Setapak, with huge thanks again to Ms Yap, the Principal.

Families who were able to come collected the goodies and angpows from our KYCO-CSP Members.
An increasing number of families could not make the trip for collection due to advanced age, disabilities & illness

Teams of Senior Students with Junior Students under-studying them therefore reached out by visiting them. Accompanied by Mentor-Teachers of the Education Assistance Program,  they brought  the needed essentials, cookies and angpows to the delight of the grateful families.

It was truly a Joyful Memorable Day for all 30 Sr and Jr Students, Mentors and CSP Members.

Truly heartfelt seeing their enthusiasm and spirit of caring love, knowing that they could give of themselves by bringing joy to others

Certainly wonderful to see  how the Sr Students are once again rising to the occasion by taking full charge of the planning and successfully run the  entire Festive Food Distribution Project. They have organized themselves well, carefully packed and distributed the food & provisions

During the home visits, their gentle presence have visibly brought much joy as they have learned to show caring concern to the families with skilfulness and kindness.

Heartening to add that the Sr Students in our CSP Education Assistance Program, who have been nurtured from young for over 10 to 15 years were once recipients of the CSP Welfare and Food Aid but have outgrown themselves by learning well  to be givers, ready to give back the kindness they have received

Indeed we could clearly see how the seeds of your continuous generosity have brought forth caring and helpful spirits across the young generations and your kindness has surely helped turn  their struggles  into a force of goodness & positivity bearing joy, hope and love.

Our immense gratitude to all concerned, Donors, CSP Members and CSP Students and Teachers  who have unconditionally and selflessly shared your heartfelt love and joy with many families in this meaningful time of year.

Thank you very much.
