Monitoring of Progress of Work Done On The Floor & Drains
Dr Munees & Ms Sanggetha are primarily responsible for the monitoring and certification of the actual "On Site" work done by the appointed Contractor. All Progress Claims made by the Contractor requires Dr Munees confirmation onthe progress achieved before payment is released.
In addition, as agreed, the Contractor provided daily photos and video report on the actual work carried out and materials delivered to Dr Munees and I.
We have released 50% of the Total Contract Sum pf RM9,000/- for the construction of 666 sq feet of floor and the drains. This was for mobilisation, purchase of materials to commencement of work.
The Contractor has just submitted the 2nd Progress Claim for another 30% which Dr Munees has just certified. We will release this 2nd Progress Payment this week. The actual progress is a little behind schedule as work stopped due to rain last week (about 3 days)

The work on the floor and drains is expected to be completed by end this week, subject to the weather being good 🙏 This will complete Phase 1 of this Project.
Phase 2 will be for the Emergency Staircase to complete the Safety Requirements for the Home for which we will need to raise approximately another RM15, 000/-.
